Teaching Innovation: Autism Awareness Project
Dr. Smith coordinated an ambitious undergraduate class project to increase public awareness of autism and raise funds for the Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support. The project was sponsored by renowned entrepreneur Wei Brian, founder of Wei East, a global leader in skin care products. Under Dr. Smith's guidance, marketing strategy students raised over $35,000 for Kinney's programs in less than two semesters.
